once inside the spiral, the reflection of the shell on the water exposes not only you, but your shadow self. By accepting this double take ,your heart will open and instead of looking for the truth, it will find you. As Max Lerner said,"The turning point in the process of growing up is when you discover the core of strength within you that survives all hurt"
